Stake guy wire at least 5' from your outer tree ring x 1 1/4" metal electrical conduit. Found in electrical at Lowes or Home Depot. (looks like metal fence pole). This is used for the legs on your tree stand x 1 1/4" black metal water pipe(lowes, Home Depot or Local Plumbers supply) See video to figure how many of them you will need ' x 3/4" white schedule 40 pvc pipe ' x 3/4" gray electrical conduit pipe(plastic pipe) ' x 1/2" gray electrical conduit pipe (plastic pipe). 3 Cut List of white schedule 40 pvc for 10 Mega Tree You will need to purchase following in white schedule 40 pvc pipe: 5-10' pieces of 3/4 schedle 40 pvc pipe 1-5 piece of 1/2 schedule 40 pvc pipe. These 31 precuts are the longest pieces, 4 go from the top trunk ring to the outer tree ring and the our 4 attach to the bottom base ring and the 28" precut.. You will need to cut 8 pieces (31" long) out of 3/4 white schedule 40 PVC pipe. Four of these will look like the top piece and the next 4 will look like the bottom piece with only one 3/4" Spears snap-on tee on one end. This 28 pre cut goes against the center 10 pole you will need to cut 4 pieces out of 3/4 white schedule 40 pvc pipe. attach one 3/4" Spears snap-on tees to one end (as seen in picture) and a 3/4" 90 degree elbow on the other end. Make a total of 4 of these assemblies. Page 2

4 This 18" piece is your upright support. You will need to cut 12 pieces out of white schedule 40 pvc pipe and attach one 3/4" Spears snap-on tee to each end to complete 12 assemblies. You will need 4 of this assemblies for the bottom trunk ring. You will need 4 of this assembly for your skirt ring. This was not talked about in the video. This is use To hold your skirt ring the way the above assemblies hold your bottom trunk ring. Page 3

5 Cut List of Gray electrical schedule 40 pvc for 10 PVC Tree You will need the following (highlighted in yellow) in gray electrical schedule 40 pvc pipe, found in your local hardware store's electrical dept. Each of these will have a built in coupling. 4 pieces of 10 x 3/4" PVC pipe (these are for your base ring and tree ring) 2 pieces of 10 x ½ gray pvc pipe (these are for your skirt ring) Below is 110" pre cut is part of your 5 diameter tree ring. You will need to cut 4 pieces of 3/4" gray electrical conduit pvc pipe. When you cut these you will see a built in coupling on one end, do not cut the end of the pipe that has the built in connector. You will need to connect two 110" pipes to make one a ring. One ring is for the base ring and the other is the top tree ring. How to Make a Skirt Ring Work with the Length of Lights That You Own. The skirt ring requires ½ gray PVC. Having a skirt of lights on the floor of the tree will depend on the length of your lights. If you have 100 mini bulb lights strings with 3 spacing (25 long from first bulb to the last bulb), then the light string will be too short to go out to make a skirt. If your light string is 29 (from 1 st bulb to the last bulb) you can make a skirt on the floor of your tree. When you set your tree up for the first time you can run a test string up and see where it ends. If your string is to short, you can always make the tree shorter by cutting the desired feet off from one of the center poles. You will want to cut from either the top pole's bottom end where to two 1 1/4" pipe meet or you can cut down the top of the bottom pole where they meet on the middle. Okay, now let s say that our light string came down and out from the trunk about 3.5 feet. First you will need to measure from where the string will end back to the 20 pole. Let s say that the total is 4 foot. Now double that and we have 8 foot. This will be the diameter of our skirt ring. Now take your calculator and multiple 8 x 3.14 and we get 25.9 feet. Let s round this to 25 feet. This is the circumference of our skirt ring. To make this you will need three 10 pieces of ½ electrical gray PVC. Cut 2 feet off of 2 of your 10 pieces and then cut 1 off of your last piece. Connect all 3 and you will have a skirt ring that will work with your lights. Take the last four Spears/Dura assemblies that you made and use them to snap your skirt ring in place. Page 4

6 These instructions are to help you set up the base that shapes your tree. Your pole stand needs to be setup along with a tree topper if you are going to use one. Please make sure you have watched the video and all of your parts made in advance. Picture #1: Make sure your 2-5" diameter rings (base and tree rings) are over your 10' pipe. Also place you trunk rings over the 10' pole. These can be tied to the top of pole as seen on picture #1 to keep them out of your way. Picture 2: You will need to connect your 28" piece that has the 90 elbow to your 30" piece that has two Spears snap-on tees perpendicular to each other. Continue until you have one installed in all 4 pie sections as seen in picture 3. Page 5

7 Picture 4: You you will need to snap on the inner trunk ring and the outer skirt ring (optional). Make sure these are center to the 10' pole. Page 6

8 Picture 5: Start installing 8 of your 12-18" upright supports. These have Spears Snap-on tees on each end. Picture 6: Start adding 4 of your 31" pieces that only have one spears snap-on tee. Four of these will go onto the upright supports. These are what will hold your tree ring in place. Page 7

9 Picture 7: This picture shows all four of your 31" pieces with the one spears snap-on tee are now in place. Next you will want to put your remaining 4-18" upright supports. Picture 8: Lift up your tree ring and snap it into one of the spears snap-on tees. Go to opposite side and snap it end and then continue to snap on the remaining 2 sides complete as seen in picture 9. Page 8

10 Picture 9: The last thing you need to do is add your top trunk ring. Center it and then zip tie it to the frame. Page 9
