The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) has a Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors (QSLD) for Class 2 Threaded Fasteners identifying pre-qualified sources for certain products purchased by DSCP. Distributors on this list are recognized by DSCP as meeting all necessary criteria, particularly regarding quality control, to sell specified fasteners that are ultimately sold to DSCP. For ten years, Kanebridge has been approved by DSCP as having met all of the requirements to be such a distributor. AS OF MAY 10, 2016, KANEBRIDGE S QSLD QUALIFIED DISTRIBUTOR STATUS HAS BEEN REAFFIRMED FOR A THREE-YEAR PERIOD. This means that any military-grade parts sold from Kanebridge s Elgin, Illinois facility, that were purchased from and made by a QSLM-approved manufacturer can be purchased by another distributor on the QSLD- Approved list for resale to DSCP. 6 THE KEY TO MILITARY-GRADE FASTENERS With 19+ years experience, all Kanebridge Military-Grade Fasteners meet the critical requirements QSLD-Approved The Defense Supply Center of Philadelphia (DSCP) has a Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors (QSLD) for Class 2 Threaded Fasteners. Kanebridge has been QSLDapproved since 2006 and was just re-approved as of May 10, 2016 for a three-year period. We are recognized as meeting all necessary criteria, particularly regarding quality control, to sell specifed fasteners that are ultimately sold to DSCP. DFARS-Compliant DFARS-compliance pertains to any fasteners made from specialty steels such as stainless or high alloy steel like that of Grade-BD. In addition, Grade 5 s are DFARScompliant if the Chromium content of the steel are 0.26% or greater. All of Kanebridge s stainless and alloy steel military fasteners are DFARS-compliant. Furthermore, our Grade 5 cap screws, MS90725 and MS90726, are manufactured from 4037M steel with Chromium content of 0.27%. Certifications All our military certifications include the applicable military part number. For Grade- BD Cap Screws, the applicable ASME part numbers are included. These certifications are always kept on file, can be accessed through your FasNet account and are provided for free when you need it. Grade-BD Screws Our ASTM A354 Grade-BD Cap Screws are from medium carbon fine grain alloy steels that conform to the requirements of AISI alloy steels to provide high levels of strength and toughness. Specific steel grades are chosen to meet the alloy steel requirements as listed in ASTM A354 and to provide the required hardenability. Per the latest ASTM B633 plating specification, all our manufacturers meet the latest standard that plated Grade-BD cap screws are baked for at least 8 hours at 190 C to 220 C and post-plating treatment is done within 4 hours of the electroplating operation to reduce the effects of hydrogen embrittlement.

There is no restocking charge on items returned within 30 days, without any alterations and accompanied with a return authorization.
