4 Entry Door Vinyl Graphics Arc Element Version 1 Large Arc is to be cropped evenly from left and right sides to fit on doors measuring 8' (2440mm) to 16' (4880mm) in width. Arc Element Version 2 (1) Dimensions: 16' x 3'-4 1/2" (4880mm x 1028mm) (2) Dimensions: 8' x 1'-9 3/8" (2440mm x 543 mm) Left Entry Door Right Entry Door Additional Stationary Door Panel or sidelight at right or 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" (90mm x 90mm) left of entry Vinyl is to be applied to the interior of the glass. Exception: When the glass on the doors is tinted, the vinyl must then be applied to the exterior of the glass. Important to Note: The Entry Door Vinyl Graphics need 30 days to cure. No cleaning products can be put onto the graphics until after this 30 day window. If cleaning products are put onto the graphics prior to the 30 day window, they will begin to peel and need to be reapplied. Requirement: Every hotel must install the Brand Arc Entry Door Graphic at the primary hotel entrance. The Brand Arc component has been created as a 16' (4880mm) or a 8' (2440mm) wide element that can be centered and cut on site to accommodate variations in door size and condition. The frosted white window vinyl is made of a semi-translucent material to provide uncompromising sight lines into the vestibule. In addition to the Brand Arc, to complete the entry door graphic, a series of 3 1/2" x must be applied, horizontally across the doors at mid-level. Inform Coastal of the type of door you have--4 Panel Sliding Door, Hinged Double Door, Revolving Door, etc. 3. Give Coastal the measurement of your door. This should be the overall width of the Door. If you have sidelights, include that information and measurements as well. If you plan to use the logo squares on a secondary entrance, let Coastal know. 4. Hotel then needs to check with the local code office for any permitting requirements*. This needs to be completed before the installation can be scheduled. 5. Coastal will order the product and ship to an installer in your area once payment has been received. 6. Coastal will coordinate the installation with the hotel to occur right before opening, or immediately following. Any doors less than 4' (1220mm) in width or any single door will not get arc element, only squares. The ambient temperature must be above 40 degrees F for optimal installation of the graphics. The installation, therefore, may need to be rescheduled if Hotel is experiencing very cold weather. 2. In the majority of cases, the graphics will be installed on the interior side of the glass, to provide extended warranty life. EXCEPTION 1: When a Hotel has tinted glass doors, the graphics will need to be applied to the exterior side of the glass. EXCEPTION 2: When a Hotel does not have sliding glass doors, the graphics will be placed on the side of the glass that will not have guest hand contact. For example, if a guest needs to push in the door to enter the hotel, the graphics will be applied to the interior side of the door. 3. The graphic installation will take several hours. This entrance will not be accessible to guests during this time, so please schedule the installation at a non-peak time. 8 Care And Cleaning Instructions Followed By Warranty Information Important Notice: Window Care Fasara Window Films may be washed with common washing solutions, including ammonia-based products, thirty (30) days after installation. Abrasive type cleaning agents and bristle brushes which would scratch the film must not be used. Synthetic sponges, squeegees, or soft cloths are recommended to be used with the cleaning solution. To maintain your warranty, do not use tape or other adhesive products on the film. After installation, there may be a hazy appearance on your windows. This condition is temporary and is caused by the moisture that is present when applying the film. This hazy appearance will disappear after the film dries; however, it may take up to thirty (30) days for the film to completely dry. Limited 5-Year Quality Promise 3M and the 3M Authorized Building & Commercial Services Division dealer (collectively referred to as Seller ) warrant that for a period of five (5) years from the start of installation, Fasara Films will: Maintain Solar Reflective Properties without cracking, crazing, or peeling Maintain Adhesion Properties without blistering, bubbling, or delaminating from the glass Maintain Appearance without discoloration In the event the product is found to be defective under this warranty, Seller will: Replace the Quantity of Film proved to be defective Provide Removal and Reapplication Labor Free of Charge This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Seller also warrants against glass failure due to thermal shock fracture, (maximum value of $500 per window) caused only as a direct result of the application of 3M Sun Control Film provided the film is applied to recommended types of glass and the glass failure is reported to the Seller within the specified time (listed below) from the start of the installation. Sixty (60) months coverage against thermal shock fracture There is a consumer deductible of $25.00 (or 5% of the replacement cost, whichever is greater) per claim. Any glass failure covered by this warranty must be reviewed by Seller prior to repair, and only covers film and glass replacement. To obtain warranty service for either defective film or glass failure, please contact your 3M Authorized Security Window Film Dealer / Applicator: (Dealer) This warranty is void if the product has been subjected to abuse or improper care. Seller should not be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or damage, direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental, arising out of the use or inability to use this product. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.
