The story is a natural for a stage adaptation: the saga of George Bailey, the Everyman from the small town of Bedford Falls, whose dreams of escape and adventure have been quashed by family obligation and civic duty, whose guardian angel has to descent on Christmas Eve to save him from despair and to remind him by showing him what the world would have been like had he never been born that his has been, after all, a wonderful life. This faithful adaptation has all your favorite characters: George and Mary Hatch, Clarence, Uncle Billy, Violet, and, of course, the Scrooge-like villain, Mr. Potter. MOTHERS AND SONS A Contemporary Drama Written by Terrence McNally Directed by Brenda Lyttle February 1 st 10 th, 2019 At turns funny and powerful, MOTHERS AND SONS, portrays a woman who pays an unexpected visit to the New York apartment of her late son's partner, who is now married to another, man and has a young son. Challenged to face how society has changed around her, generations collide as she revisits the past and begins to see the life her son might have led.

The Darling children love to hear of Peter Pan s adventures during his visits through the open window of the nursery. Then one night after Nana has taken his shadow and Wendy has sewn it back on, Peter Pan and Tinker Bell whisk the children off to Neverland to be part of the adventures. Wendy, John and Michael become friends with the Lost Boys and Princess Tiger Lily, and Wendy becomes everyone s mother. When the evil Captain Hook captures Wendy and the Lost Boys, Peter Pan comes to their rescue. Together with the ticking crocodile, Peter Pan puts Captain Hook in his place, and returns the Darling children to their home. Orphaned in India, 11-year-old Mary Lennox returns to Yorkshire to live with her embittered, reclusive uncle Archibald and his invalid son Colin. The estate's many wonders include a magic garden which beckons the children with haunting melodies and the "Dreamers", spirits from Mary's past who guide her through her new life, dramatizing THE SECRET GARDEN s compelling tale of forgiveness and renewal.

Grades 7-12 June 11 July 1 Performances will take place June 29 July 1 Beauty is in the eye of the ogre in SHREK THE MUSICAL JR., based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film and fantastic Broadway musical. It's a "big bright beautiful world" as everyone's favorite ogre, Shrek, leads a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue a princess and find true acceptance. Part romance and part twisted fairy tale, SHREK THE MUSICAL JR. is an irreverently fun show with a powerful message for the whole family. Session 2: TWINDERELLA Grades 2-6 July 2 22 Performances will take place July 20 July 22 We ve all heard the story of Cinderella a thousand times, but we ve never heard about Bob, her long lost twin brother! Living in the same kingdom with different wicked stepfamilies, Cinderella s cruel stepmother and evil stepsisters make her rotate tires and polish bowling trophies while Bob s evil stepfather and cruel stepbrothers force him to make dried herb wreaths and organize their sock drawers. When Lou the UPS Guy arrives with invitations from the Kingdom of Wychwood-under-Ooze, Cinderella and Bob are both thrilled but forbidden to attend the festivities. With the help of the Fairy Godmother, the Godfather (he ain t no fairy!), two enchanted gerbils and a lot of luck, they find a way! On the night that Cinderella crashes Princess Petunia s birthday ball, Bob has similar designs on Prince Percy s kingdom-wide baseball game. When the two strangers disappear at midnight after Cinderella hits a game winning homerun, the search is on to find the feet that fit the glass slipper and the muddy cleat! A hilarious send-up of Cinderella, TWINDERELLA will delight actors and audiences alike with humor for all ages.
