Las clases se imparten íntegramente en inglés./ Students are expected to have a wide knowledge of the previous literary courses in Literatures in English as well as an upper intermediate level of English (B2 or higher). G3 To be familiar with the cultural and social background of the languages studied in the degree. G7 Saber ordenar los datos pertinentes de un texto y su contexto comunicativo para dirigir su análisis y evaluación. G7 To be able to analyze the textual and contextual features of a message in a coherent way and to evaluate those features and the message itself. E1 Reconocer los distintos tipos de discursos orales y escritos y su estructura. E1 To recognize different written and oral discourse types and their structure. E3 Conocer las nociones fundamentales de los distintos modelos teóricos de análisis. E3 To understand the basic principles of the different theoretical frameworks of analysis. E11 Conocer las convenciones relacionadas con la estructura de géneros, los recursos retóricos y el contexto de producción de una obra. E11 To know the conventions of the structure of different genres, their rhetorical devices and the context in which a work has been produced. E12 Estar familiarizado con los periodos, movimientos, obras y autores más importantes de las lenguas del grado y cómo se engranan en su contexto histórico, social y cultural.
