1 1500 WATT TVS COMPONENT DESCRIPTION The 1.5KE Series, are discrete 15,00 Watt, silicon transient voltage suppressors (TVS) designed for use in applications where large voltage transients can permanently damage voltage sensitive components and equipment. The 1.5KE series is available in voltages ranging from 6.8V to 600V and is compatible with IEC (Surge) requirements.
