1 Microwave/Millimeter-wave Antenna Test System Product Overview Microwave/Millimeter-wave antenna test system is mainly used for performance and parameters test of antennas supporting satellite, missile, radar, communication, navigation and other information equipment, can perform automatic measurement on pattern, gain, side-lobe level, axial ratio, polarization isolation of microwave/millimeter-wave antennas. Bearing the design principles of general purpose and modularization, the system takes our upgraded receiver, the highly sensitive phase-amplitude receiver as the core to perform test at 0.1GHz~325GHz by configuring various frequency extension modules. It features fast measurement, high precision, high-degree of intellectualization, full range of measurement parameters and flexible configuration. We can provide turn-key solution including near/far filed test plan, design of darkroom/outdoor field, model selection of scanner/turntable, device characterization and related services based on your needs. Your different microwave/millimeter-wave antenna test requirements can be satisfied by the system, containing normal antennas, phased-array antennas, DBF antennas and antennas on chip.

High precision multi-axis motion control AV7431D Scanner Controller has four axes (expandable) high precision motion control capacity, can build up complete turntable/scanner system together with mechanical motion mechanism like turntable/scanner. The equipment is able to display real-time position and angle information by programming-control or manual operation. It also has perfect limit protection, emergency stop protection sync pulse output functions, which is ideal mechanical control equipment. Strong measuremnt and storage capabilities Continuous wave, frequency sweep, frequency list, pulse and many other measurement modes are all available. The system is able to store original test data in different approaches like rear part, imaginary
4 part, linear magnitude, logarithmic amplitude and phase. Perfect near-to-far-field tranformation Perfect near-to-far-field transformation and error correction and compensation capabilities solve test challenges of large-size antenna in planar and cylindrical near-field. Data analysis Using directional diagram, the system can analyze diversified polarized antennas directivity, maximum beam position, bema pointing, side-lobe level position, beam width, cross-polarization etc; can perform calculations on self-defined parameters; can generate reports and print them out automatically. High resolution aperture field diagnosis Taking data collected by near-field scanning test, the system can generate amplitude phase distribution of aperture field by inversion algorithm, to perform diagnosis on antennas. For array and phased-array antennas, the aperture field diagnosis capability can fast locate positions of failed units and components in antenna arrays, which is an effective approach to expedite fault unit localization. 5 Array antenna channel consistency test based on near filed transformation As a fast and accurate approach for array antenna near-field channel consistency test based on near-field transformation, this functionality utilizes near-field full beam scanning and transformation to get far-field distribution and perform multi-channel intellectual normalization, can yield amplitude-phase consistency of each channel by comparison.
