5 Veteran Support FDM employees presented with the ESGR Patriot Award for their support of Guard and Reserve Supporting Our Guard and Reserve Employees Military leaves are available to eligible employees who enter the uniformed services of the United States FDM pays up to two weeks of basic pay for any kind of military leave If an employee has insurance benefits, they will continue as usual If an employee needs to take more than two weeks, then they can apply their paid time off or take the rest of the time as unpaid leave (neither basic pay nor daily bonus) Time off is permitted for an examination to determine one s fitness for duty in any of the federal military forces Samuel Yoo FDM Alumnus now permanent at KPMG National Guard Member I appreciated FDM Group paying me my base salary when I was training during drills even thought it was not legally required. I also appreciated the support and consideration with administrative tasks such as delayed timesheets when I was away on training. FDM guaranteed that the assigned client understood my commitment to the National Guard, while upholding a policy of continued base pay during my military leave. 8 9

6 How We Recruit Our Recruitment Process 1. Apply to FDM To apply to the FDM Careers Program, just fill in our online application form at fdmgroup.com APPLY ONLINE 2. Telephone Interview Once you have submitted your application, we will assess your suitability in line with our entry criteria. If you are successful at the initial screening stage, we will contact you to conduct a telephone interview. This will involve talking about your résumé and a future career at FDM. 3. Assessment Day If you pass the telephone interview stage, you will be invited to our Assessment Center at FDM. The assessment will focus on both your interpersonal and technical skill sets. During the assessment you will complete different tasks and exercises so that we can assess your suitability for the FDM Careers Program. We will also assess your business knowledge during the day. You will gain an understanding of our working environment and get the chance to visit our offices and see the Training Center for yourself

7 Application Criteria Before applying to join FDM in the US, please make sure you meet the following criteria: Are eligible to work in the U.S. Able to commit to a minimum of two years working as an FDM Consultant following completion of the paid training period. Have some technical knowledge or an analytical mindset. Demonstrate a passion for IT and business. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong priority will be given to applicants willing to be geographically flexible throughout the U.S. Please note: This is on average a 2.5 year commitment in total, based on the duration of the initial paid training period followed by the minimum two years working as an FDM Consultant.
