20 Ilona Korzha Counsel Sprint Nextel Mrs. Korzha is an in-house counsel for Sprint Corporation, one of the largest U.S. wireless voice and data telecommunications carriers. Mrs. Korzha is a strategic business advisor, litigator, and regulatory attorney. Her practice focuses on commercial defense litigation, regulatory, financial services, payments and collections. She manages large government investigations and a caseload of complex commercial defense litigation, including multi-district litigation and class actions. She also advises business clients on a wide range of regulatory, consumer protection and business issues related to financial products and services and payment products. Prior to joining Sprint, Mrs. Korzha was in private practice at Kelley Drye and Warren, where she represented clients in complex commercial litigation and government investigations in federal and state courts in multiple jurisdictions as well as arbitrations. Mrs. Korzha immigrated to the United States in 1996 from former Soviet Union, where she attended law school. Upon arriving in the United States, she continued with her goal of becoming an attorney. She graduated with B.A from CUNY Queens College and J.D. from Rutgers University- Newark. She is deeply committed to children and diversity issues and is currently a Board member for INMED Partnerships for Children, Opportunity Center an organization that rescues children from the immediate and irreversible harm of disease, hunger, abuse, neglect, violence or instability. She is also an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel North Capital Region Chapter.

21 Cheri (Griffin) Larkins Director, Global Talent Acquisition Cheri (Griffin) Larkins assumed the role of Director, Global Talent Acquisition for the Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) business area of Lockheed Martin Corporation in With over $45 billion in sales and locations in 70 nations and territories, Lockheed Martin is a global security and aerospace company that employs about 100,000 people worldwide and is principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services. With the purchase of Sikorsky Aviation Company in 2015, Mrs. Larkins became a member of the integration management leadership team overseeing the talent acquisition components of the new combined business area. Mrs. Larkins is responsible for the development and implementation of the Global Talent Acquisition strategy for this now $14.5 billion business area which provides systems engineering, software development, training solutions and complex program management for global security, civil and commercial markets. She oversees a staff of 50 and her portfolio includes staffing execution, strategic planning, workforce planning & analytics, and diversity initiatives for this organization with 35,000 employees worldwide. Before assuming her current role, Mrs. Larkins was the Manager of Talent Acquisition for the Corporate Office and Enterprise Shared Services organization of Northrop Grumman Corporation, a leading technology, aerospace & defense company with over $24 billion in annual revenue. In this capacity, she was responsible for leading all aspects of the talent acquisition function for the corporate headquarters and a growing enterprise serving sector with employees nation-wide. Mrs. Larkins joined Northrop Grumman after serving as a Senior Associate with Korn/Ferry International. In this role she specialized in the recruitment of senior leaders within the global nonprofit, philanthropy, association, and education arenas. She has placed CEOs and executives for regional, national and international organizations, start-up and renowned foundations, leading social service organizations, arts and cultural centers, and some of the world s most prominent associations. Mrs. Larkins graduated with her B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland s Smith School of Business. She is passionate about being of service to the community and has served in leadership roles and board positions for several nonprofit organizations and she is an Executive Sponsor for the Lockheed Martin Inclusion Council.
