In a current research, localization and the routing protocol are examined, and the evaluation has been done separately. In this paper, the integrated protocol with OLSR that it is ROULA, and is the routing protocol that is the localization technology is shown. Localization by ROULA is done at the same time preparing of OLSR the routing table. The reduction in the communication overhead and the processing procedure generated if a separate protocol communicates can be achieved.
