1 THE CORPORATON OF THE TOWN OF WHTCHURCHSTOUFFVLLE ' BYLAW NUMBER A bylaw to amend Bylaw 727 a restricted area bylaw. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCL OF THE CORPORATON OF THE TOWN OF WHTCHURCHSTOUFFVLLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:. Bylaw 727 as amended is hereby further amended as follows: ( Schedule A is amended to designate the lands illustrated on Schedule X hereto and located on the northeast intersection of Bloomington Side Road (Regional Road No. 40 and the 5th Concession Road being Part of Lot, Concession 5, having a frontage on the road allowance between Concessions 4 and 5 of feet and a depth on Regional Road No. 40 as widened of 505 feet, comprising 9 acres more or less as Residential Rural Third Density Zone, designated by the symbol RR3. (2 Section 6 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following subsection Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection as to lot area, the minimum lot area of the lands located on the northeast intersection of Bloomington Side Road (Regional Road No. 40 and the 5th Concession Road being Part of Lot, Concession 5, having a frontage on the road allowance between Concessions 4 and 5 of feet and a depth on Regional Road No. 40 as widened of 505 feet, comprising 9 acres more or less, shall be 9 acres and there may be calculated in such area any lands conveyed or dedicated to the Town or The Regional Municipality of York for highway widening. 2. This Bylaw shall come into force and take effect upon being passed by Council, subject to the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board. READ a first and second time this 6thday of December, 975.
