INTENT, By Local Law No. 2 of 1994, the in cooperation with the Town of Norwich, Town of North Norwich, the City of Norwich applied for successfully obtained designation of an Economic Development Zone. By Local Law No. 3 of 1995, the with the cooperation of the said municipalities did alter the boundaries of such Economic Development Zone. It has been determined that further alteration of the of the boundaries to include real property in the Towns of Norwich, Oxford, Sherburne, Otselic, Columbus Greene, Villages of Bainbridge, Greene Sherburne this local law is intended to make such addition, SECTION 2.
