54 ARA PLUS Framemaster Air-Operated / Pneumatic Underpinner (Auto Knob) Product Code : FM4 Air operated underpinner : On the pneumatic FrameMaster underpinner, the moulding is located in back fences which are fixed to the table of the machine. The whole v-nail magazine insertion mechanism is located on the underside, and moves by air operation, between hand-adjustable stops. Uses the patented FrameMaster V-NAILS. Light pressure on the foot switch causes the top pressure pad (with magnetic face to carry circular or L-shaped steel blocks with hard felt pads) and rebate clamp to operate. Further pressure inserts the V-Nail pin. A finger applied to the switch arm causes the pin feed mechanism to slide forward under the moulding, to the second pre-set position.
