10 the pavilion at belair is a contemporary glass palace surrounded by magnificent scenery, where you can create a function that will long be remembered. the sophisticated grey and silver décor allows you to fulfil the fantasy theme you have dreamed of. there s an ivy-covered chapel/prayer-room too and a wonderful water-feature on the lawn linking the chapel and venue. the pavilion can seat 250 guests no dance floor, and up to 180 guests with a dance floor. the extensive landscaped gardens provide a whole lot more space, should you need it. there are level terraces [exterior] on 3 sides of the venue. By simply opening all the glass doors, we can accommodate an additional 150 guests, allowing for a maximum of 400 guests. our package includes: main reception area, use of the chapel / prayer room, access to the surrounding gardens, tables and chairs, crockery, cutlery, crystal glassware for 200 guests & plenty of secure parking. our package is limited to 200 guests. should your guest list exceed 200 people an additional surcharge will be applicable. we offer event coordination, waiting staff, bar staff, a kitchen facility & a very attractive bar area, should you wish to make use of it. please enquire for details. we offer accommodation for 12 guests in our 4-bedroomed guest house & 2 bedroom luxury unit and all can be included in the package at a discounted rate. we aim to make your wedding/event absolutely stress-free and a wonderful day in your life.
