55 Vinyl Adhesive Barr s Ice treats What is a vinyl adhesive solution? Vinyl film, the workhorse of many print shops, can be produced as either a cast or calendered film. Cast films are the industry premium. These films start in a liquid state and then get poured onto a casting sheet. The casting process produces a thin gauge film. These films are ideal for complex surfaces where a smooth finished look is expected.
