While products come standard in white fabric, KMG offers the option of purchasing a fully printed Photo Fabric cover when renting or purchasing a frame. Certain graphics may not be able to be reproduced on certain shapes. Check with your Account Executive for details. Highest quality 4-color dye sublimated graphic Accommodates images up to 120 without a seam Generally used when renting frame and purchasing fabric Although KMG products are designed to be easily set up, sometimes our clients receive added comfort in having KMG oversee or carry out the installation of our products, especially those that are complex or large in scale. I&D Supervision Only or Complete I&D Service Certified I & D specialist will supervise client s project installation and/or dismantle Cost is based upon estimated number of hours and location of project Daily rate is based on venue location There is a four-hour minimum per person charge on all projects Overtime and double time charges may apply Travel expenses may apply Project costs can be estimated from renderings, all estimates are bugetary only and final costs are determined only upon completion of the project 50% deposit on the estimated cost must accompany the order Terms The KMG Rental Program is designed with your short-term needs in mind. KMG Rentals provide quick, cost-effective solutions when timing is short, storage is limited and budgets are tight. As such, policies apply which differ from our standard terms. Property All rented items remain the property of KMG. Where a portion of the rental order is purchased by the renter, such items will be clearly noted on the rental order. Renter does not return purchased items. Rental Period The standard rental period is 30 days from the ship date unless another duration is mutually agreed upon and noted in the Rental Order. Short term rental period is 7 days. Other periods, either longer or shorter may be mutually arranged. All items are due back, freight prepaid, by the last day of the rental period. Late Charges Late charges assessed will be a percentage of the full rental price, proportionate to the number of days returned late. Refer to the KMG Rental Order and Agreement. Items over 45 days overdue or lost will be considered to have been purchased and you will be invoiced the difference between the purchase price, as new, and the amount paid in rental fees. Fees will automatically be applied to your KMG account or credit card. FOB Rental items are shipped from Lincolnwood, IL or Las Vegas, NV. Return of all rental items is to be made to one of these locations as directed by instruction in the Return Material Authorization (RMA). RMA information, documentation and return shipping labels are provided with each shipment for this purpose. Shipping and Other Costs All transportation costs, customs charges and other freight related expenses are the responsibility of the renter from and to Rental Facility. If KMG incurs shipping charges, renter agrees to pay KMG 120% of the charges upon return of the property. Damage to Property Renter agrees to use care in use and handling of the rented item(s) and keep the item(s) in good condition. The reasonable cost of repairing any damage to the rented item(s), including but not limited to fabric tears, stains, burns, and missing or damaged framework shall be billed to the renter. 1
