4 DUTHOO & HYDROCOAT PAINT IN OUR BLOOD Vincent Duthoo has been brought up with paint, so to speak. He comes from a family that has always been active in the painting and decorating world. His great-grandfather founded in 1904 the paint and decoration wholesale family company Duthoo-Costeur. In 2005, Vincent started working as a representative at the wholesale painting company Hendrichs West. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, Vincent takes over the company 2 years later. He rolls up his sleeves and operates from a rental property of 205m2 with a team of 3 employees. On the first of january 2009 Hendrichs-West is renamed Duthoo NV and the all-new company moves to a new building of m2 in the Esserstraat in Zwevegem, Belgium. The open and spacious industrial building fits in well with the vision and ambition of Duthoo Coating Concepts. Today Duthoo NV counts 18 employees and focusses on producing and distributing industrial paints. The firm enjoys an excellent reputation for perfectly reproducing colors. Customers in Benelux and France are putting their trust in the exprtise of Duthoo. Our colorists have years a nd years of experience and a state-of-the-art color lab equipped with a spray booth, for the (re) production of wet coatings that have the same exact color, structure and gloss of the sample or description. With the Duthoo Hrycoat system, Duthoo invests in product that are water dilutable, with high solid content and low emissions of solvents. This system was developed from an eco-responsible philosophy, with respect for the environment and the safety of the user and in accordance with the requirements of the sector. 4

All systems are identifiable via specialized software and are accompanied by detailed technical documentation. This guarantees absolute reliability and user security, designed by our R & D Department and ISO 9001:2000 certified. DUTHOO HYDROCOAT is a versatile system composed of: 22 BASIC TONES Formulated with a high concentration of pigments, they contain no heavy metals and they have a low environmental impact. With a dosing lid and stir system they are ready to be deployed in a mixing bank. There are also 14 binders available. 6

All sales are subject to the general terms and conditions, except there where we expressly and formally deviate from the terms by writing. The co-contractor waives its own general conditions. 2. The goods, even when sent free at destination, travel at the risk of the addressee. 3. The delivered goods remain property of DUTHOO NV untill full payment of the price. Meanwhile the buyer has the obligation to preserve the goods with due care and attention. 4. All invoices are payable on the due date in Kortrijk. If the due date is not mentioned on the invoice, it shall be deemed to be the same as the invoice date. 5. In case of non-payment of the invoices by the due date, an intrest will be owed, without the necessity of a reminder, that equals the legal intrest rate, plus 2%. 6. In case of total or partial non-payment of the debt on the due date as a result of ill-will or negligence, after failed notice of default, the outstanding balance will be increased by 12%, with a minimum of 122 and a maximum of 1.830, even when a grace period is granted. 7. In case of non-payment of an invoice on the due date, all other not yet expired invoices become immediately payable, irrespective of their due date. 8. All complaints regarding deliveries need to be in our possession, under penalty of cancellation, within 8 days after delivery by registered letter. The complaints must be clearly defined so we are able to take note of the case, otherwise they will not be accepted. 9. Delivery and execution times are purely indicative and without any obligation. They cannot give rise to compensation, price reduction or cancellation of the order. 10. All disputes belong to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district Kortrijk. 15
