2 All entries may be dropped off at United Angora Rabbit Club' contest area Friday evening by 7 pm or by 8am Saturday morning. Entries must stay in place *So I can have a chance to take photos for the UARC Newsletter* until 11 am on Sunday and must be picked up by 1:00pm Sunday, all unclaimed entries after 4:00 Sunday become property of UARC. Print out, Complete, and attach appropriate Entry Form to each item entered. 3 Skein Contest Rules A. Open to anyone, wool does not need to be from your own rabbit, but exhibitor must have spun the entire skein. All skeins must be at least 50% or more Angora. Classes as follows: A. 100% Angora- White or natural color 1. Singles fine and even as possible 2. Two-ply, fine, medium and even as possible 3. Other ply or novelty B. 100% Angora-Dyed 1. Single or two-ply; fine, medium, or bulky 2. Other ply or novelty C. Angora Blends-Natural or Dyed 1. Single or two ply 2. Other ply or novelty D. Angora plied with other fiber (may use commercial yarn) 1. Two or more ply 2. Go Wild! E. Novice Spinner- spinning 1 year or less, or under 16 years of age. Anything goes!!

4 Garment Contest Rules All entries must be at least 50% Angora. If other fiber is used it may be hand spun, or commercial yarn. Novelty and household items may be less than 50% Angora. 2. Entries must include description of item. Description should include name of article, approximate percentages of Angora, other fiber, technique used hand or machine knit, crochet, woven, etc. 3. If an item is made by more than one person, entry should be in both people s names. Classes as follow: F. Large Wearable (sweater, vest, shawl, etc.) % Angora 2. Combo Angora and other fiber G. Small Wearable (mittens, scarf, hat, collar, etc.) % Angora 2. combo Angora and other fiber H. Baby/children s article. I. Hand-woven wearable J. Felted wearable K. Novelty or household items (toys, crafts, doll clothes, wall hanging, afghan, and pillow). Wool Contest Rules 1. Weight of wool should be at least 1 oz. 2. Wool should be contained in a clear clam shell container or small box with clear lid. No points given for deco rated container. Points are given for clean, neat presentation. 3.
