4 4 Customer Feedback Cowdenbeath Primary School are delighted with our Visualite panels as they have transformed our Quiet Room. Our intention was to introduce a room in school for children who require support for the health and wellbeing. The existing room had an old couch and unwanted furniture. We wanted a small, inviting and comforting room that would help children to relax and support them to be able to access their learning. We chose the theme of Under the Sea and Adam was able to give us different options of pictures and designs. We had seen examples of Visualite in other schools but what impressed us was that Adam and his team were able to tailor their work to our room size, need etc. On the day of the fit the staff were very professional and the work was completed to a high standard. The children, and staff, are absolutely delighted with the results. The room is used frequently now by children who need a short time out of class to calm down and then return to their learning. We are now considering ways that we can use Visualite to enhance other areas of the school. Thanks again to Adam and the team. The display with the values has brightened up the corridor and is helping us reinforce our values far better than anything else that we have used before. Children are more receptive and ready to discuss their feelings once they have spent some time staring at the image on the ceiling. Newport Primary School Lynburn Primary School have had Visualite panels installed in their Sensory Room. This is a small room with no windows and we were keen to create more light. The room has an underwater theme which the children had ownership in choosing. This is a great safe space for our children with additional support needs, particularly those with ASD to access after key transition points throughout the day. They find it a relaxing, calming environment which can quickly settle any anxious or upsetting behaviours before returning to class. We are really pleased with the room now.
