Mike and Jim will update the group about this recent TCPA activity and open a discussion about how it impacts utility business practices, what the future holds and the approaches companies are taking. 11:45 am 1:00 pm Lunch with Speaker Kristina Anderson Executive Director Koshka Foundation for Safe Schools Kristina is a survivor of the 2007 Virginia Tech massacre, which claimed the lives of 32 people. Following that horrific event, Kristina, who was shot three times, returned to VA Tech to earn her degree and went on to found the Koshka Foundation for Safe Schools. Jennifer will discuss their experience with the software and how it has helped produce data to drive home important points to their leadership team.
