FEE SCHEDULE AND TERMS, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, Basic Hourly Rate: $ per hour for all services including consultation, research, site visit, analysis, preparation and actual travel time, during normal business hours, to/from Oklahoma City for all out-of-town services; plus all actual travel expenses. The rate for travel will be reduced by 50 percent for time outside of normal business hours (9 a.m.-5 p.m., Central). 2. Motivation: I will not take a case that I do not believe in. 3. Travel: Prior to commencement of travel, an advance may be required to be applied toward the projected costs. The fees stated above do not include usual and customary expenses associated with travel (airfare, ground transportation, etc.) 4. Fees Due: All amounts for services are due and payable from the retaining party upon receipt of statement, regardless of any reimbursement arrangement agreed upon between the retaining party and other parties. 6.
