2 PATENT LITIGATION INSIGHTS FOR February 21 Filing velocity: Patent litigation trends for the month of February 21 show that patent lawsuits were filed, which indicates an increase of ~ 1 % from the previous month and ~7% increase than the same month in the previous year (February 21).
