Agenda review 2. Adoption of minutes from April Board meeting 3. COE Planning (Mike) a. Discussion regarding increases in registration fees i. Cost went up when moving to Minneapolis Convention Center ii. Registration fees did not increase iii. Proposing rate increases this year b. Central States would like to incorporate a fundraiser for Global Water Stewardship 4. Treasurer s Report (Jonathan) a. Need to get Tony on the A&WMA Bank Account. Tony, Jonathan and Mike N will coordinate a time to put Tony on the back account. 5. Programs Planning Update (See Attached) (Tony) a. List of past events and potential future events is attached b. Request to provide a list of who attended an event to the attendees c. Desire to get one two events between now and the COE 1

2 d. Tony to coordinate with Jon on Legal event; check in with Roger on pending events. 6. Committee Reports a. Waste Committee (Roger) b. YP Committee (Miranda Mair) c. Communications Committee (Cassidy) i. Looking into converting website to make it more mobile friendly, further discussion next month with a quote. If anyone has ideas to improve website, share with Cassidy ii. Social Media 1. Improve and update LinkedIn account 2. Create Google+ presence d. Membership Committee (Alissa) e. The new rule was signed on February 25, With a 60 day public comment period ending on May 13, Speakers include EPA, 3M, Morgan Lewis, CB&I International AWMA Webinar Speakers include UMS Member Christine Kurtz, 3M Earth Day Cleanup City of Saint Paul Como Park.
