Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. 0 A I am currently the Manager of Marginal Cost and Forecasting within SCE s State Regulatory Operations (SRO) Department. My current responsibilities include managing the marginal cost and forecasting function in SRO. 0 A. I received a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Mumbai in and a Master of Business Administration from University of Southern California in 00. I have been employed by SCE since 00. From 00 to 00, I worked in the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) business unit, first in the area of Power Delivery Technology Integration and subsequently Substation Engineering. During that time, I gained an understanding of T&D project design and execution coupled with the process and procedures that went into T&D system planning. In 00, I joined the Controllers organization, and from 00 to 0 managed three groups, namely, the Valuation Services group, the Added Facilities and Interconnection Facilities group, and the Non Energy Billing group. The Valuation group was responsible for fixed asset valuation under various annexation and condemnation proceedings and Department of Defense privatization and base realignment projects, and was responsible for assessing SCE s base of insurable fixed assets. The Added Facilities and Interconnection Facilities group was responsible for cost assessment and reconciliation of special facilities projects for large retail customers and interconnection facilities projects under FERC- and CPUC-jurisdictional tariffs. The Non Energy Billing Group was responsible for cost assessment and reconciliation of special
3 0 facilities projects for CALTRANS, Relocations and Rule 0 projects. In 0, I joined SRO to assume my current responsibilities. A. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. 0 A I am a Financial Analyst in the Rate Design Group within SCE s State Regulatory Operations (SRO) Department. My responsibilities include the development of revenue allocation, rate designs, and streetlight marginal costs in support of GRC Phase and other regulatory proceedings, and pricing and forecasting activities. 0 A. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from University of California San Diego (UCSD) in 00. I completed all three levels of the CFA program and have been a CFA charterholder since 0. I joined SCE in 00 as a Financial Analyst in the Rate Design Group. In that capacity, I was involved in all aspects of revenue allocation and rate design. A. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. A. I am currently the Director of Pricing, Design & Research within SCE s State Regulatory Operations (SRO) Department. My current responsibilities include managing the Load Research and Rate Design functions, including the development of present rate revenue forecasts. A. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Whittier College in 0 and a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Claremont Graduate School in. I have been employed by SCE since. From to, I worked in the load research area of SRO, ultimately supervising the group. During that time, I gained an understanding of sample design, cost allocation, and other regulatory policies and procedures. In, I joined the Customer Service Business Unit (CSBU) as the Credit Analysis Manager, working to reduce both write off and credit operational costs. From to, I managed the Measurement and Efficiency group, delivering process improvements for CSBU s Field Services, Credit, Payment, and Customer Communication Center functions. From to 00, I managed various CSBU activities including Job Skills Training, Internet Delivery, Benchmarking, and various technical support functions. In 00, I returned to SRO to assume my current responsibilities. A. The purpose of my testimony in this proceeding is to sponsor all portions denoted in the Table of Contents of Exhibit SCE-0 and Exhibit SCE-0.

8 OF ALLISON GUILLIATT A. My name is Allison Guilliatt, and my business address is Rush Street, Rosemead, California 0. Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. 0 A I am a Project Manager in the Energy & Environmental Policy Group in the Regulatory Affairs Department. I am currently the Case Manager for the Integrated Distributed Energy Resources (IDER) proceeding. My responsibilities include project management of all regulatory activities for the proceeding including filings, data requests, and pilot development. 0 A. I have a Bachelor s degree in Anthropology from University of San Diego (USD), a Certificate in Sustainable Development and Green Design from the University of California, Riverside (UCR), and will have completed a Master s of Science in Environmental Studies from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) prior to testimony. I began working at SCE in 0 and have held analytical positions in Customer Service working on Large Customer Demand Response programs, in EP&M's Contract Compliance & Technical Services Group supporting power procurement and contract management activities, and at Edison Water Resources commencing a Water Recycling business line. In early 0, I joined the Energy & Environmental Policy Group as Case Manager for IDER where I am responsible for regulatory support of the proceeding. A. The purpose of my testimony in this proceeding is to sponsor Appendix B in Exhibit SCE-0 related to the coordination of this proceeding with activities in the IDER and DRP proceedings.

Briefly describe your present responsibilities at Southern California Edison Company. A. I am Manager of Analytics in the Strategy, Integrated Planning, and Performance organization. My responsibilities include oversight analytics to support strategic and integrated resource planning activities at SCE. A. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, a Master in Economics from California University, Fullerton, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. I ve been in my current role at SCE since 0. Previously, I was manager of Demand Side Management Cost-Effectiveness and Forecasting at SCE where my responsibilities included oversight of demand-side management resource cost-effectiveness, valuation and forecasting activities. Prior to working with SCE, I was a managing engineer at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems. A. In this position, my responsibilities include development, analysis, and reporting of load research studies in support of regulatory proceedings, pricing, and forecasting. 0 A. I have a Maitrise es Sciences Economiques from the Universite d Aix-Marseille II, France, and I received a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Southern California. I joined SCE in as a load research analyst. In that capacity, I have been involved in all aspects of load research including sample design and selection, data management, estimation of load profiles for various rate groups and customer classes, market segmentation, statistical estimation, and econometrics modeling. Part of my responsibilities include developing revenue allocation and rate design proposals in support of SCE s regulatory proceedings. A. I received a Bachelor s degree in Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles in and a Master s Degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne in. I began my association with SCE in as an Engineer and was responsible for designing and developing standards for electrical apparatus. In, I joined Edison Source, an un-regulated affiliate company, as an Energy Analyst. In 00, I was hired back at SCE and began working as a Financial Analyst in Rate Design. In my current capacity, my responsibilities include cost allocation, revenue allocation, and rate design support. A. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. 0 A I am the Manager of Load Research in the State Regulatory Operations Department. My responsibilities include development, analysis, and reporting of load research studies in support of regulatory proceedings, pricing, forecasting, and load profiling. 0 A. I have a Master s degree in Economics from the University of Southern California (USC) where I also completed all coursework required for a Ph.D. in Economics, with special emphasis in Econometrics. As a research assistant at USC, I was involved in energy research projects and specifically in load research studies. I joined SCE in, as an Environmental Statistician in the Research and Development Department. I began working in SCE s Load Research group in as a Load Research Analyst. In that capacity, I was involved in all aspects of load research including sample design and selection, data management, estimation of load profiles for various rate groups and customer classes, market segmentation, statistical estimation, and econometrics modeling. I was promoted to my current position in. A. The purpose of my testimony in this proceeding is to sponsor the determination of effective demand factors contained within Appendix B of SCE-0. Q. 19 OF ROBERT THOMAS A. My name is Robert Thomas, and my business address is Rush Street, Rosemead, California 0. Q. Briefly describe your present responsibilities at the Southern California Edison Company. 0 A I am Manager of the Rate Design Group in the State Regulatory Operations Department. In this position, I am responsible for development of SCE s sales forecast, marginal costs and rate designs. I have held managerial positions in Regulatory Affairs in at least some of these areas since November A. I hold a Bachelor s of Science and Engineering from the University of Arizona, a Masters degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a Professional Engineering License in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to my current position, my responsibilities have included Manager of the Analysis and Program Support Group, within SCE s Business Customer Division, where I was responsible for providing complex customer specific rate and financial analyses involving self-generation, load growth, contract rates, and hourly pricing options. Prior to this position, I was the SCE s Program Manager for the Self Generation Incentive Program. In this position, I was responsible for all aspects of the program including dispute resolution, processing applications, and program promotion. A. The purpose of my testimony in this proceeding is to sponsor all portions denoted in the Table of Contents of Exhibits SCE-0, SCE-0, and SCE-0. Q. My responsibilities include the development, analysis and reporting of the rate group level forecast and Present Rate Revenue models in support of regulatory proceedings, pricing, and forecasting activities. 0 A. I have a Bachelor s degree in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). I also completed all coursework required for a Ph.D. in Economics at the George Washington University, with special emphasis in Econometrics and Public Finance. I joined SCE in as a Financial Analyst in the Regulatory Policy and Affairs Department. I began working on SCE s rate group forecast in, and in took over the Present Rate Revenue model. In that capacity, I was involved in all aspects of forecasting customers, usage and demand by rate group, including program design, data extraction and verification, econometric modeling, and revenue calculations.
