6 Bankruptcy law, bankruptcy proceedings and debt restructuring The Firm has thirty years experience in bankruptcy law and is considered a reference practice in the field of crisis counselling. 8 Dispute resolution The Firm provides assistance in civil disputes, mainly in the areas of the commercial, bankruptcy and corporate law. This assistance is given at every stage and degree of the proceedings, before both the courts and/or arbitration tribunals. The Firm has matured particular experience in corporate dispute resolution in general, and in the more specific areas that deal with liability actions brought by companies and/or bankruptcy proceedings against their own management and/ or control bodies. Giuseppe Iannaccone Partner and President Giuseppe Iannaccone was born in Avellino on 25 November After having spent a brief period of collaboration with another lawyer during his university studies, he turned his energy to working independently and in 1982 established the law firm he presides over today. Avv. Iannaccone s professional training developed initially in the practice areas of dispute resolution, corporate matters and bankruptcy counselling, to later move gradually into also commercial criminal law, in which he gained extensive experience in cases involving bankruptcy, corporate and tax related crimes.
