1 Ruth Koleva & The Fingertones Rider updated: Dec 12, 2018 This technical rider is made with the purpose of establishing a better understanding between the artist and the local promoter. If you have difficulties in meeting any of the needs on this rider, do not hesitate to communicate any issues with our Tour Manager as early as possible, so that appropriate substitutes can be provided. Touring Party (6) 5 Musicians (on stage) 1 Tour Manager / Merch Person The band travels without a sound and light engineer. So we will rely on competent Sound and Ligthing personnel engaged by the promoter. The personnel should be familiar with the necessary equipment that will be used during the sound check and the performance. Please ensure that all PA systems and lights are installed, set up, and tested before the band arrives to ensure a quick, low-stress sound check and an enjoyable show for the audience members! 2 I. 5 PIECE BAND TECHNICAL RIDER (Club Show Setup) SOUND CHECK The band requires one hour (60 minutes) for sound check. Ideally, the venue should be clear of audience members and all non-essential venue personnel. We would appreciate if the sound check can take place as close to the performance start time as possible. BACKLINE In case the band does not carry its full backline the promoter will agree to provide the following: Ruth (vox): Straight Mic Stand (phantom power for mic) + Shure SM beta 58 Philip (keys): 1 x Roland D64 keyboard or a Fender Rhodes piano 2 x active DI boxes 1 x keyboard stand with a 2 nd tier Band will bring synth that will fit on the 2 nd tier Kozmo (bass): 1 x active DI for electric bass 1 x good quality bass head and cab (Ampeg SVT) Bogomil (drums): All maple/birch shells, please 1 x bass drum - 20/22" 1 x tom - 10" 1 x floor tom - 14/16" 1 x snare - 14/5.5 or 14/6.5 1 x DI box for drum midi pad (band brings midi pad) Carpet for under kit Stoyan (guitar): 1 x guitar amp (Fender Twin Reverb / Fender Hot Rod Deluxe preferred) Either a combo or a head/cab setup acceptable All cabling and necessary connectors to be provided by promoter.

3 MONITORS The band requires 5 separate monitor mixes. Promoter agrees to provide the appropriate monitor speakers / wedges for this purpose. We will advise beforehand if we are carrying in-ear monitors on the road with us. Channel List Instrument Please use requested gear. 4 II. HOSPITALITY We are a young, fit band, and in order to stay fit we need your kindness and understanding. АСCOMMODATION Unless stipulated otherwise in the Contract, the Promoter will provide three (3) double occupancy non-smoking rooms at nearby established hotel chain for the evening of the performance and will provide Artist with a confirmation number during the show advance. Please guarantee rooms will be available for late arrival and late-check out. FOOD Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, the Promoter will provide a hot, well-balanced meal (with a choice of hot and cold drink) for six (6) people. We will have 1 vegetarian traveling with us. Fresher foods are better than fried. A meal buyout of 20 euros per person (120 euros total) is also acceptable. If the Promoter or their representative would prefer the meal buyout option then the relevant amount must be presented in cash to Artist Tour Manager at the time of load-in. A list of restaurants that would meet our dietary needs in the nearest possibly vicinity would be appreciated. SNACKS Wholegrain Bread A selection of spreads and toppings (e.g. hummus, tomato, cheese, cucumber) Mayonnaise & mustard Cold cuts (e.g meats, salamis) Fruit: 6 bananas minimum, with an assortment of apples, pears, or oranges (whatever is in season) 3 large bags of potato chips grams of assorted nuts DRINKS A large supply of tea (black, fruit, herbal) + Electric Kettle Instant or capsule coffee (with coffee maker) 6 mugs or other suitable mid- to large-size cups Cups for cold drinks (preferably non single-use, avoid plastic cups where possible) Sugar (with spoons or other stirring equipment) Honey (packets or jar) Drinks continue on following page.

5 DRINKS, CONTINUED Lemon (fresh) 16 bottles of quality beer (if 330ml size) or 12 bottles of quality beer (if 500ml size) 1 bottle of quality red and 1 bottle of quality white wine (with corkscrew if necessary) 1 case of bottled water for the stage and backstage use 1 carton of orange juice (minimum 1 L) 1 carton of apple juice (minimum 1 L) GUEST LIST / PRESS PASSES The Artist requires a minimum of (5) complimentary tickets/entries, unless otherwise stipulated by the terms of the contract. These are usually reserved for members of the artist s local street team or people that have been involved in promoting our show in your area. The Artist also reserves the right to request (5) additional complimentary tickets/entries for members of the local or international Media or other guests deemed as VIP. The Promoter is not allowed to offer free entries or giveaway passes unless authorized to do so by the Artist. Permissible cases are for members of the local or international press. Any ticket allotments will be done on a case by case basis. MERCH Artist will be provided a well-lit space and a table to display and sell merchandise. Unless stipulated otherwise in the Contract, Artist retains all proceeds from sale of merchandise. PARKING Well-lit, FREE parking for one (1) mini bus must be provided in close proximity to venue and must be available for the duration of the evening from load-in to load out. Please make sure that parking lot is secure!
