1 Module #2- Decluttering Lesson Plan- Mindtamer This lesson is all about the Decluttering. The Mind. The Body. The Soul. The Spirit. The Areas in Your Life. That chit chat going on in your head about the way that you should go. Positive or negative? Positive or negative? Negative or positive? Which way do I go? What do I want? How do I get there? With Module 1 you learned some very important techniques that you will need to slowly overtime become a master of: Personal responsibility Goal setting Breathing correctly Transitioning from negative to positive. In this Module the main thing is PRACTICE! Committing to a daily practice routine. Minimum 5 times a week. 7 would be the best. But by committing to the daily practice you will start to feel different, emotionally, mentally, physically, intuitively, spiritually. To a point where if you don t do your daily practice you will start to notice it in how you feel, behave, react to certain situations. You are going to be introduced to 2 new daily practices this Module. Once you learn them, you are free to go out on your own, or simply stick with the guided versions. Therefore the time that you do each one can vary.

2 But trust me, the practice is what turns this around. And it will be what turns your life around. Without practice, you cannot get better. Skills dissipate, mind ceases to grow, spirit wavers. Be aware of Murphy s Law: Nothing is as easy as it looks Everything takes longer then you expect, And if anything can go wrong, it will, At the worst possible moment Change requires discipline and patience. But you will get there. I believe in you. But you have to believe in YOU. Here is a little anecdote from David Seabury: In South Africa, they dig for diamonds. Tons of earth are moved to find a little pebble not as large as a little fingernail. The miners are looking for the diamonds, not the dirt. They are willing to lift all the dirt in order to find the jewels. In daily life, people forget this principle and become pessimists because there is more dirt than diamonds. When trouble comes, don't be frightened by the negatives. Look for the positives and dig them out. They are so valuable it doesn't matter if you have to handle tons of dirt. Adversity is here to stay. Change is happening everyday. Most people will not change for any significant time. Because it s easier to stay where they are. In their comfort zone. But you have already taken leaps and bounds outside your comfort zone. You are ahead of the game. You are change. And you embrace it Be proud of yourself. Be ready. This Module is jam packed with more information and life-changing lessons. This is by far the most important Module. They are all important, but committing to a schedule to consume the Lessons is extremely important.

Plan out a time to create your vision and CREATE YOUR LIFE VISION. 9. Watch Lesson 6 Workouts a. Plan a day to do your Challenge of this Module 10. Watch Lesson 7 Warrior Yoga introduction
