22 OUR PROCESS 22 OUR PROCESS ORDERING Even though we ship and install units around the world, we still handle all quoting and order processing from directly from our Philadelphia and New York offices. Call us obsessive, but we really like to make sure that we know what you need and that you get exactly what you want. PRICING Each unit is quoted based on your unique configuration. Typically, it takes 1 week to provide you a custom proposal for your specific unit. If you need an idea of budget, we can provide you with the costs for each of the units shown in this brochure, on our website, and in any of our digital lookbooks. SHOP DRAWINGS Once an order is placed and a deposit is received, we create detailed shop drawings and 3D models for your review and approval. We use this process to make sure that nothing has been missed and that each detail of the installation has been considered. FABRICATION Once we receive approval on our shop drawings, we begin creating your unit in our 120,000 square feet of custom metal + wood fabrication space. Skilled artisans fabricate, hand-finish and assemble each system to order. A lot of work goes into each custom unit, but we work really hard to get these to you as quickly as possible. Our standard fabrication times range from 6 16 weeks after approval of shop drawings, depending on the product type. INSTALLATION Depending on your location, we are happy to provide you with a cost to deliver and install your custom units. However, in most cases the installations can be handled by your local contractor. To assist in the process, we are more than happy to speak with your installer at any point in the process. We have literally installed units in every possible scenario that you can imagine and maybe a few that you can t! The more we know about your final installation up front, the better job we can do in helping to make sure that all of the attachments and blocking considerations have been detailed during the shop drawing process.

23 CUSTOMIZATION 23 CUSTOMIZATION MATERIALS + FINISHES Each Loft Shelving Unit is fabricated in-house from solid materials and hand-applied artisan finishes. Our proprietary metal and wood finish combinations vary across our family of products but don t worry, we are more than happy to collaborate with you to find the perfect finishes for your space. MILLWORK Our state of the art woodshop and highly skilled fabricators allow us the ability to offer both standard and highly customized millwork options for your Loft Shelving Systems.
