9 General Returns Policy RETURNS Customers have 30 days from their invoice/ship date to initiate a return/credit. Requests for credit for damaged items require photos of the damaged product to be ed to janice@peaktimecanada.com Customers returning undamaged items for credit, will do so at their own shipping expense and be subject to a 10% restocking fee. ALL returned items must be received in their original packaging, and in good condition. Products not returned in their original packaging, or damaged due to improper return shipping will not be credited. Most credits are applied within 5 business days of receipt of the item, allowing for processing and inspection time.
