6 Hughes Pottery Wholesale Terms & Conditions Thanks for your interest in our artisan stoneware! All of our work is thrown one piece at a time on our wheels and finished by hand. Please remember that because our items are individually handmade, they will vary slightly in size, color and finish. All of our pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. In some cases, wholesale items will be made to order; please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. Faster delivery may be available depending on our production schedule, and rush delivery for an additional charge. Please contact us for details. Please contact us with the details of your wholesale order, or any questions, via at orders@hughespottery.com TERMS Our minimum opening order is $250; reorder minimum is $100. New customers: First time orders must be paid up front when order is placed. Terms available for established customers. We accept checks and all major credit cards and can process payments via Paypal for your convenience. Hughes Pottery reserves the right to terminate such terms pending nonpayment of the account. This includes the right to cancel any open orders on past due accounts. Past due accounts will be subject to a monthly late fee of $30 and service charges assessed at the rate of 1.5% per month on any balance over 30 days. Customers agree to pay any and all collection expenses. A NSF fee of $30.00 will be charged for all returned checks. PRICES List prices are in U.S. Dollars and for the wholesale trade only. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices stated do not include delivery or freight. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. SALES TAX Sales tax applies to all Pennsylvania orders unless the purchaser supplies Hughes Pottery with a current PA Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (Form PA 1220) at the time of order or purchase. BREAKAGE Every item is packaged with care to arrive safely. If your item arrives broken, please DO NOT discard the packaging. To make a request for a replacement, please us within 5 days with photographs of your item and the packaging for us to review your request. The broken pieces will be replaced and reshipped at our cost as soon as possible. By placing an order with Hughes Pottery, you are agreeing to these terms.
