Mr. Harsh Dev Singh, MLA to move the following Cut Motions:- 1. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No. 20 in order to discuss the details of District plan schemes, State Plan schemes as well as centrally sponsored schemes under implementation in the Tourism sector indicating the districtwise and scheme-wise allocations made, targets fixed and results achieved as on date with particulars reference to tourism related works undertaken in Ramnagar Constituency indicating the on-going as well as completed schemes, the details of High Mast lights installed and reasons for non replacement of defective High Mast lights despite public complaints. 2. I move a cut of Rs. 100/- in Demand No. 20 in order to discuss the progress achieved with regard to development of Tourist Villages envisaged in the PM's Reconstruction Plan with particular reference to Dalsar and Pingla Mata. 3. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No. 20 in order to discuss the details of offices opened by the Tourism Department outside the state indicating the annual expenditure incurred on the same and details of staff posted including new appointments made during the last three years in such offices. 4. I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No. 20 in order to discuss the funds earmarked for development of tourist related infrastructure under PDA and SMDA with particular reference to works executed as well as proposed in Ramnagar Constituency during the and I move a cut of Rs. 100 in demand No. 20 in order to discuss the work plan of various Development Authorities of the State, the funds provided to each such Authority, with particular reference to Surinsar-Mansar Development Authority during the last two years the progress achieved with regard to implementation of the said plans, giving also actual expenditure incurred ason date together with the desirability of preparation of comprehensive Plan for development of Mansar and its funding from Union of India. II. Mr. M.Y.Tarigami, MLA to move the following Cut Motions:- 1. I move a cut of Rs.100/- in demand No:20 in order to discuss the details of the projects submitted for sanction for development of tourist villages in the state under PMRP with the particulars of the projects sanctioned alongwith
2 the estimated cost in each case; expenditure incurred; assets created; details of projects completed till date and the time by which the left out projects are sanctioned for execution. 2. I move a cut of Rs.100/- in demand No:20 in order to discuss the details of the Mega Pilgrimage Projects submitted for funding and the status of sanction as of now. 3. I move a cut of Rs.100/- in demand No:20 in order to discuss the features of Rural Tourism Scheme and details of villages having been brought under the said scheme during with estimated cost and expenditure incurred in each case. 4. I move a cut of Rs.100/- in demand No:20 in order to discuss the details of the offices opened by the Tourism Department outside the state indicating the annual expenditure incurred on the same and details of staff posted including new appointments made during the last three years. 5.
