Auto stacking ensures production time is kept to a minimum. Ideal for bulk work, this saw generally runs 22 hours a day processing cut to specification work as well as maintaining optimum levels of cut and edged on the shelf. The cut and edged range now covers 17 colours in 15mm thickness and 30 colours in 18mm. Two saws which are suited to processing more complex and intricate component work. All the saws benefit from large scale investment into diamond tipped cutting blades, ensuring jobs are finished to the highest possible standard and waste kept to a minimum. Edge banding is carried out on four machines. Built with specific modifications for HPP, this has increased the quality and efficiency of both our melamine and PVC edging.
