2 Bedrooms Wardrobes All sizes are catered for without surcharges, carcass s and doors can be angled if required (to supplied angle and dimension details). Robes are supplied flat pack due to size, all panels are CNC drilled for accuracy and grooved for backs. Carcass s are 18mm thick with edging in 0.4mm Pvc and matched accurately to the door finish or specified finish. You can choose 100mm legs or gables to the floor. The default interior finish is Light Beech and other finishes are available. Interior shelves are 25mm thick with a rounded 2mm Pvc edge. Backs are 8mm Hdf one piece items for ease of handling and strength. Show ends are available as integrated as part of the robe in vinyl or as a plant item on to allow the door edge to be covered. Mfc plant on ends have a rounded 2mm front edge. Oval chrome rails are supplied cut to size and with sit in cups. Low Units Worktops All sizes are catered for without surcharges, the depths are set by the available drawer runner and by the void dimension. Low units are fully assembled and packaged ready to go to site, all low units have bases for squareness and backs for quality and we fit all doors and drawer fronts as part of the product. All of our worktops are made to measure up to 1000mm deep. Vinyl wrapped, veneered and painted tops are 25mm thick as standard and are profiled as requested, any angles or shapes are included in the meterage price and a suitable drawing must be supplied for us to work from. In the Mfc finishes thicknesses of 18mm, 36mm and 54mm and have 2mm Pvc edges applied, only straight tops are available in these materials. 10

3 Bridge units All sizes are catered for without surcharges, these units are fully assembled with the doors fitted, 8mm backs are fitted and concealed wall hangers are used. An additional bridge base panel is required together with a pelmet (ordered separately), it must be noted that the doors are designed to hang over the bottom edge by 5mm to hide any joint lines. Choice of Drawers Our bedroom drawers are built from Beech coloured Mfc with 2mm rounded top faces for long service and a high quality look, they are glued and dowelled together and have a choice of standard roller runners or our premium fully extending soft close runners by Hettich with the soft close built in to the runner not a mediocre device. A solid 8mm Hdf base is fitted in grooves and is glued and dowelled for strength. All drawer fronts have a cam adjuster to allow the fitter to easily line the drawer fronts up with a soft mallet before fully tightening. Push to open drawers are available and have a specially designed runner with the push to open mechanism built in not a mediocre device. Hinges Hettich 110 degree soft close hinges are supplied as standard with an integrated soft close mechanism Our 165 degree hinges are an ordered extra and also have an intergrated soft close mechanism. Push top open hinges and catches are available to order. 11

4 Volante Sliding Door Robes We are please to offer the Premium quality Volante sliding door systems with two types of handle profile the discreet and slim line Quadra and the more prominent Curva style. The Quadra style is available in Matt Aluminium and Matt Bronze with the Curva style being available in Matt Aluminium and Lacquered Bronze. A wide choice of coloured glass, Egger board finishes, additionally Suede and vinyl finishes in a multiple panel configuration and combinations are available. 5 Studies Base Units All units are fully built and all sizes are catered for without surcharges (File drawers must be 428mm wide x 550mm deep minimum). All units are the same finish throughout unlike the bedroom units. Home office units are specifically designed for housing office and computer equipment and cables and accommodating all types of office items. The file drawers are made from black epoxy coated steel with fully extending runners with optional soft close. The option of A4 or A3 is available with a simple movable bar. Base units stand off the wall and are only attached to the wall at the ends of runs by a plant on show end panel, this leaves a service void behind for cables and removable backs help set up the cabling after the units are fitted. Wall Units All sizes are catered for without surcharges Units are fully built and wrapped for ease of handling and protection. 18mm Backs are fitted into grooves and concealed wall hanging brackets are used. Worktops All of our worktops are made to measure and are priced by the metre up to 1000mm deep. Vinyl wrapped, veneered and painted tops are 25mm thick as standard and are profiled as requested, any angles or shapes are included in the meterage price and a suitable drawing must be supplied for us to work from.
