Education is a key component of this phase. SHARE LEARN Research and evaluate emerging trends, options, usability and results. Identify best practices. PLAN Create goals & objectives, outcomes measures, implementation plans and timelines..budgets

Training and adoption require tenacity, flexibility & vision. Ownership expectations must be set and accountability upheld. Budgeting discipline for upfront and ongoing costs is key Embrace the partnership/collaboration Examine/Engineer the process upfront! Champions are key!

10 A few lessons along the way. It s about meeting needs Embrace feedback & engage in dialogue No silver bullets so look for partners that will truly collaborate with you! Have a plan b Plan for success - make sure it will scale Push for integration and interoperability Don t wait for perfection. Get started but be patient. Never underestimate the power of FUN!
