PROFESSIONAL WORK HISTORY DANA PETROLEUM February 2015 Current - Subsea Delivery Manager for the Western Isles Development Western Isles FPSO Development Subsea Delivery Manager. Responsible for all aspects of the Subsea7 EPIC contract and management of the Dana Subsea Engineering Team involved in the design, fabrication, installation and testing of the entire subsea SURF infrastructure for the development. Also responsible for the third party CTIA interface with Gas Export system reception host. The Western Isle Sevan 400 FPSO was built in China and delivered to Europe by dry transport vessel. FPSO finishing was undertaken at the Keppel Verolme yard in Rotterdam. Subsea SURF facilities were 1 of 5

2 provided under an EPIC contract with Subsea7, with FMC trees, and an Aker Subsea control system. The SURF facilities included two pipeline bundle systems (production, gas lift, water injection) with associated manifolds; a 6inch gas export pipeline system and associated SSIVs and third party tie-in structures: drill centre control system jumpers and pipeline spools; NOV flexible dynamic riser system and mid-water arches; FPSO riser pull-in system; Aker subsea control system; and FPSO mooring piles and ground chain. BG GROUP Plc June 2012 February BG Norge Knarr Development SURF Delivery Lead Package Manager responsible for delivery of subsea bundle pipeline system, infield drilling template installation, diverless tie-ins, towhead structures design and fabrication, and FPSO Flexible Risers installation on the Knarr FPSO Field Development. The Knarr Development was a BG Norge FPSO field development in 400m water depth comprising two drill centres in Norwegian waters each with a multi-slot drilling template manifold; infield flexible flowlines and umbilicals; a 4.5km bundle pipeline system with integral cooling spool manifold structures, 25Cr PIP production pipelines and an HDPE plastic lined water injection pipeline and controls services; controls subsea distribution unit; dynamic flexible risers; and a trans- boundary Norway-UK gas export pipeline system with SSIV. August 2006 June 2012 Subsea SURF Manager BG UKU Projects BG UKU Projects Group Subsea SURF Manager responsible for subsea SURF facilities elements over a portfolio of projects. Gaupe Development. The Gaupe field, located in the Norwegian sector of the central north sea, was a two well trans-boundary Anglo-Norwegian subsea tie-back to the BG Armada Platform. The development consisted of a new caisson flexible riser and umbilical riser system, subsea commingling SSIV manifold, umbilicals and 15km of reeled 8inch 13Cr pipe-in-pipe pipelines. Responsible for leading a team of engineers in the safe delivery of all subsea SURF scopes from concept development through FEED and FID/Sanction, to installation and commissioning. Concept Engineering & FEED contractor engineering management; Internal Sanction Stage Gate Approval, EPIC Contractor ITT preparation and tender evaluation; EPIC contractor management (including detailed design, procurement, fabrication, verification, subsea engineering and installation, pre-commissioning); Armada topside contractor interface management; Government agency (UK/Norway PSA/NPD/DECC/HSE) interfacing; North West Seymour Development phase 2. The NWS development was a single well tie-back to the Armada platform located in the UK sector of the central north sea. The development comprised drilling a new accelerator well, round trip flush cleaning of subsea flexible flowlines and reconfiguration of existing subsea flowlines to a new subsea tree. Responsible for subsea elements of Internal Sanction Stage Gate approval, Subsea Engineering, Tendering, Subsea Contractor Management, and Interfacing with Government agencies (DECC / HSE) and Armada platform operations. Everest East Expansion Development. The EEE Development was a two well subsea tie-back to the BG North Everest Platform. The development consists of a new caisson flexible riser system, subsea SSIV manifold, PLEM, umbilicals and 6km of 8inch flexible flowlines. Responsible for leading a team of engineers in the delivery of subsea SURF scopes from concept engineering through FEED to sanction. Blake Infill Wells Development. Define phase. The Blake field situated in the central north sea was a subsea development tied back to the Bleoholm FPSO. The projects aim was to establish the feasibility of extending field life via new infill wells. Responsible for SURF concept engineering, cost and schedule estimating and input into internal stage gate approvals for extension to the Blake field. Rev Development Project. Subsea Team Lead. The Talisman REV field is situated in the Norwegian sector of the central north sea. The REV development was an Anglo-Norwegian trans-boundary 2 of 5

3 Talisman owned tie-back to the BG Armada platform in the UK sector. Responsible for management of subsea EPIC contractor (subsea design and installation) for BG Group subsea reception facilities scope for the development including new flexible caisson riser system, umbilical riser, and SSIV manifold. Also responsible for interfacing with Talisman Energy project team, Armada platform topsides contractor, and subsea pre-commissioning activities. Maria Development Project. Subsea Project Engineer. The Maria development, located in the UK sector of the central north sea, was a 2 well tie-back to the BG Armada Platform consisting of a 4 slot manifold and cooling loop manifold at the drill centre, an 11km 12inch 13Cr pipeline and umbilical, SSIV skid and riser caisson. Responsible for management of the safe delivery of the SURF facilities scopes. TALISMAN ENERGY UK December August 2006 Senior Subsea Project Engineer Blane Field Development. The Blane field was an Anglo/Norwegian subsea tie back to the Ula platform. Senior Subsea Package Engineer responsible for delivery of subsea pipelines, caisson riser design and diverless connection system for the Anglo-Norwegian trans boundary field development. Other responsibilities including Pipeline Works Authorisation submission and installation contractor interface management. TOTAL EXPLORATION & PRODUCTION UK PLC November 2004 to December Senior Subsea Pipelines Project Engineer Forvie North Development. Forvie North was a subsea tieback to the North Alwyn Platform in the UK sector of the central north sea. Senior Project Engineer. The Forvie North development comprises a 34km subsea tie-back to the North Alwyn Bravo platform. The development included 32km of 15 /17.5 pipe in pipe (ITP System) pipeline, Manifold, SSIV, midline Tee, infield 22Cr pipeline, riser caisson system, cooling spools. Working within the project delivery team and responsible for delivery of detailed design subcontract activities for the pipe in pipe pipeline system, obtaining of consents and permits, reviewing and advising on process engineering and review of pipelines installation procedures. Responsible for review of various infield structures designs including Forvie North manifold, pigging skid, valve skids and riser support structure. Responsible also for management of infield flowlines installation contractor. ANDREW PALMER & ASSOCIATES, PENSPEN LTD April 2002 to November Lead Design Engineer Technip Offshore UK Limited Petro-Canada Pict Development. Lead Engineer for Pict Development project subsea pipelines design and manifold piping design. Design consisted of rigid production and gas lift pipelines c/w 4 slot Manifold and associated mini-structures. Responsible for all aspects of design engineering, including interfaces. Talisman UK Tartan A TNT-B well development. Lead Engineer for Tartan Alpha platform TNT-B well tieback project. Design consisted of rigid production and gas lift pipelines c/w future Tee arrangements, flexible platform jumper tie-ins and a new rigid caisson riser system at Tartan Alpha platform. Responsible for all aspects of design engineering, including various interfaces. Talisman Energy UK Limited ROSS RP12 Development. Lead Engineer / PM for FEED and Detailed Design Engineering for the RP12 well development in the ROSS field. The development consisted of reconfiguring elements of the existing Ross field infrastructure to allow incorporation of a new production well and associated controls. Responsible for system design engineering, options costing, precommissioning strategy development (including intervention methodology), offshore installation schedule development, ITT specification development, Installation Scope of work development, production of 3 of 5

Lead engineer for detailed design / design verification for a 42 pipeline intended to be pulled 4km offshore from the shore at Lavan Island terminal in the Persian Gulf. BG Atlantic & Cromarty Development FEED - Providing subsea input into the FEED for the Atlantic and Cromarty project for BG. Lead Engineer / Assistant Project Manager responsible for the supervision and guidance of the project team in performing various parts of the FEED and detail design of the landfall and offshore pipelines and providing advice on installation issues to the project.
