14 IAP Activity Implementation Objectives of a Feasibility Study Investigate and assess technical feasibility and commercial viability to support an informed decision regarding further (public and private) investments for follow-on activities (demo project, service implementation and roll-out) Establish and evolve a trustful relationship with the involved users/customers (first potential customers) and find out what the users/customers need (pain-gain) Define a profitable business case and the elements of the business plan (customers, value proposition, sales channels, customer relationship management, revenues, key activities, key resources, key partners, cost structure, business model, etc.) Identify the critical technical, operational, commercial risks and define risk mitigation measures Establish the service provider and define the roles of the consortium partners in the service provision chain Develop the roadmap for further implementation and roll-out (e.g. IAP demonstration project) ESA UNCLASSIFIED - For Official Use ESA 15/06/2017 Slide 14
