3 General Safety Rules WARNING! READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL INSTRUCTIONS. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in serious personal injury. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS Obtain a medical exam prior to beginning any exercise program. Use equipment only if properly fit to engage in a workout regimen. Stop exercising if you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain at any time while exercising and consult your physician. Exercise in a supervised environment. Keep body and clothing free from and clear of all moving parts. Inspect equipment prior to use. DO NOT use if it appears damaged or inoperable. Use a spotter. Stay clear of all pinch points. Do not use weight equipment for anything other than its functional purpose. Check to see that weight equipment is properly attached to Racks before use. Products are designed for use by one person at a time. All others stay clear when in use. Keep workout environment clear of all unused accessories as to avoid trip hazards. Anchor all Brute Racks to the floor. All racks have built-in anchor points to allow them to be bolted down. A non-anchored rack may be unstable, unsafe, and compromise performance. Rogers Athletic is not responsible to install the anchors. A Professional Contractor should be contacted to anchor the rack(s). 3/8 grade 5 or better fasteners must be used. Never cover or deface caution/warning labels. Become familiar with all caution/warning labels affixed to the weight equipment before use. Save these instructions. Refer to them frequently and use them to instruct others who may use the weight equipment. Read the Product Information Packet. 6 1 Place the wood support boards on either side of the assembled floor as shown, with ends flush. 2 Assemble the floor frame as shown, using (4) small connection plates and (16) ¼ allen bolts. 5

9 1 First, layout support boards in their desired position on the floor. Platform installation is much easier this way than assembling the frame first and then trying to drop the boards in. 2 Assemble the floor frame as shown, using (4) small connection plates and (16) ¼ allen bolts. 8

Fasten the frame front tube to the side tubes with (2) small connection plates and (8) ¼ allen bolts. Do not tighten bolts yet. 12

17 1 Insert the center rubber piece into the Brute Rack as shown. Slide the first wooden piece into the end of the Brute Rack. 2 Weight Floor Pin Place remaining wooden floor and support boards relative to the Brute Rack as shown. Use the weight floor pins to align the two wooden floor sections and slide together. 16

18 3 Attach the (2) floor frame side tubes to the rack base as shown, using (4) 3/8 allen bolts. Then, attach the floor frame front tube to the side tubes with (2) small connection plates and (8) ¼ allen bolts. Do not tighten bolts until finished with step 4. 4 Drop the rubber mats into place to finish the setup. Tighten the allen bolts with 5/32 & 7/32 allen wrenches. 17

Frequently check to see that all bolts are securely fastened. Frequently check to see that weight equipment is functioning properly. Touchup paint can be used to cover any scratches or blemishes sustained through use. Silicone based lubrication may be used on moving parts to maintain proper function. Mild detergent or disinfectant may be used to clean weight equipment. Replace any damaged equipment with genuine Rogers Athletic parts.
