Moreover, measurement and monitoring of the clamping diameter are also possible. Integrated, intelligent measuring technology Permanent clamping force measurement and change analysis under rotation Clamping path measurement with comparison of the workpiece tolerance range Documentation of the measurement results [DIN EN 1550] Upstream and downstream measuring procedures Machine availability and process capability
3 Clamping force measurement for O.D. and I.D clamping TESTit clamping force measuring device Clamping force for O.D. and I.D. clamping can be measured manually with the digital measuring head or also with an automated process via the machine rack. To do this a Testit clamping force measurement device is inserted above the milling spindle and a normative-actual value comparison of the HSK draw-in force takes place. Then the TESTit is transferred into the chuck and it measures the clamping force. Electronic clamping force measurement for clamping devices and milling spindles Determination of the ideal clamping force for prevention of workpiece deformation or scrap parts Data transmission via Bluetooth to tablet or machine controller Documentation of the measurement results [DIN EN 1550] Scrap parts Workpiece quality through ideal clamping force selection
4 Unattended set-up and manufacturing Automatic clamping head and end-stop change-over Easy change-over of clamping devices in the HAINBUCH system not only shortens manual set-up times, it also establishes a basis for automation solutions.
