DESCRIPTION OF TOOLS REPLACEMENT KS-14440, L17 KS-14440, L18 KS-14440, L13 KS-14440, L13 KS-14582, L $A T : The AT-7959B soldering copper is an electrically heated soldering copper, rated at 300 watts, operating on 5 volts ac or dc. It is equipped with a wood handle, a plug-type tip with a chisel point, a -foot cord, and a grounding-type plug. Each tool has a cartridgetype heater, replaceable cord set, and a replaceable threaded tip. The tip must be ordered separately. The specifications for the soldering coppers are contained in Table A. For a soldering copper holder, 504A tool, refer to Section $ t For piece-part data and replacement procedures, refer to Section KS-I 4440-Type: The KS-14440, L13, L1 through L18 soldering coppers (Fig. 2) are 45- watt, 1-volt, lightweight, quick heating soldering coppers; each consisting of a handle, replaceable heater, replaceable threaded tip, and a replaceable cord set. The tip must be ordered separately. The specifications for the soldering coppers are contained in Table B. 5 1SS 3, SECTION Fig. 4 KS Heat Unit Assembly t ~ 2.05 AW-1 34, L1 and L2: The KS-134, L1 and L2 (Fig. 5) are lightweight, quickheating, miniature, -volt soldering irons which are primarily intended for use in removing and soldering connections in close spaces, such as on terminals of wire spring relays. The dimensions and characteristics of the L1 and L2 irons are the same but are equipped with different heat units to function with their respective cable lengths. For piece-part data, refer to Section (a) KS-134, Ll: The KS-134, L1 soldering iron is equipped with a KS-134, L31 heat unit tip and a 9-foot cord attached at one end to a KS-138 transformer for use with a 105/1-volt 50/0-cycle ac power supply.
