6 Installation of the shower tray efore shower enclosure installation, you must finish the tile installation. Check the wall is straight using spirit level. ITANT: Do not tile over the tray more than 10mm. 10mm AX Wall Tile Shower Tray Wall Shower Tray 1. Ensure the method of installation of the shower tray complies with one of the diagrams shown above.. Install tray to manufacturer s instructions. 3. Ensure Shower tray is level. 1. Using a tape measure mark a line dimension (a) in pencil on the top face of tray. Dimension (a) will differ depending on the size of shower tray. If the Dimensions in chart below do not fit on tray, the tray has been tiled over too far and must be re-fitted. Tile. lace the wall frame (part A) against the wall and with the outside edge of the wall frame on the previously marked line on the tray. Ensure the wall frame is vertically level and mark the holes positions through the wall frame and onto the wall. (ig 1) 3. emove the wall frame and drill x 6mm holes in wall for each wall frame. (ig 1).Insert wall plugs (part N) into the holes, re-position wall frames (part A) and fix to wall using x screws (part ) and x screw covers (part ).
