Introducing our all new Unlimited Rebate Planer that offers an incredible range of exciting features and functionalities that increase it s versatility whilst delivering an excellent finish and being a pleasure to use. Traditionally the rebate depth for any planer is restricted by body design, the 3BVSIPCF is designed with the blade drum positioned to the outer most edge allowing unrestricted depth rebates right to the edge of the material. Though utilising standard 82mm TCT slither blades, the triple bladed drum design provides an unsurpassed finish of your wooden surfaces. A removable blade drum system allows fitment of an optional sanding drum (3BPDRUM), turning the planer into a highly efficient sander and increases this machines useability substantially. Other significant features include, excellent balance achieved by the vertical centre of gravity design while the bail style front handle provides the operator with an increase in both comfort and control. The Power GLO neon adds an increased level of safety and the left or right dust extraction ensures saw dust is directed away from the operator and the workpiece at all times. An extendable front shoe offers increased support while the automatic park stand swings back out of the way during planing.

A: The sanding feature is highly efficient, similar to a belt sander in both operation and rapid stock removal and should not be used for finish sanding applications Q: Is there any special operational considerations when performing deep rebates? A: To avoid blocking the drum with chips and possibly damaging the motor, ensure the dust extraction is directed to the opposite side to the work piece. Basically the edge of the work piece will block the port opening as you plane past it s depth of opening. Ensure the dust ejection port is switched Over to the opposite side of the work piece when performing deep rebates to avoid blocking the blade drum
