2 Alexa Hampton 10 th Anniversary Like her father, design legend, Mark Hampton, Alexa Hampton has the rare ability to make classic design comfortable and make people comfortable with classic design. Her hallmark style has been translated into a collection of made-to-order furniture by Hickory Chair, with each design exhibiting Hampton s sophisticated eye as well as her passion for distinct geometries, proportion, contrast and composition. The collection also showcases her rare talent for designing furniture that combines classic inspiration with modern sensitivities to comfort, style and elegant personalized details. This spring we celebrate the 10th anniversary of this classic collection with distinctive new living room, dining room and bedroom pieces. This new grouping of luxurious upholstery and distinctive wood products complement her existing collection. In addition to her 10th Anniversary Furniture collection, she announced the inaugural launch of the Alexa Hampton for Maitland-Smith TM Accessory collection. The new collection is comprised of candlesticks, urns, boxes, a screen and table top accessories made in a range of luxurious materials. Many of these new accessories are showcased along with her furniture in the following pages. For my 10 th Anniversary Collection with Hickory Chair, I mixed the eclectic with the exotic.
