7 IF-139 INDUSTRIAL FILLER NEW Very good adhesion of coating systems Takes stain Very long shelf life Extremely good adhesion Uncomplicated filling and levelling manually or by machine (e.g. router) The Industrial Filler from König is optimally adapted to the requirements in the production process. It captivates by a rapid melting phase and a very short cooling time. Further advantages are the low processing temperatures, the high density and the strong compound the filler forms with different materials. Furthermore, it is possible to achieve a super matte finish which normally is hardly attainable. After application, the filler, of course, can be further processed and even varnished. For example, machine sanding, cutting, planing, milling, brushing and drilling as well as varnishing with NC lacquer, 2C lacquer, waterbased lacquer or UV lacquer is possible. Also staining and waxing as well as subsequent oiling is possible. Last but not least, the filler does not have an unpleasant odour and of course is resistant against heat, cold and moisture and thus suitable for outdoor use. REX-LITH AQUA WOOD FILLER Ideal to repair major damage to corners and edges of real wood, décor and metal surfaces in interior areas. (If used outside, a UV-stable sealer has to be applied.) Mix filler compound with hardener, fill into damaged area and, when cured, level with sandpaper and the Metal Planer. A solvent-based two-component filler, extraordinary hard, little shrinkage (1-2%), can be treated mechanically after curing. Curing time: min. Available in transparent, white, wood, black and beech.
