Floors with Bevelled Edges Floors with bevelled edges are more sensitive to water since the bevel acts as a pocket where water can collect. Never wet clean the floor. Cleaning with a slightly damp mop is possible occasionally but make sure water has not collected in the bevel. Always dry mop the floor after cleaning. To further reduce the risk of water, it is recommended that safe seal be used on all installations.

Before using a cleaning and maintenance product, you should sweep the floor with a soft brush. Following installation, please remove all remains of adhesive. Day to Day Cleaning A wet mop with a light detergent will be sufficient to maintain your new vinyl floor, dry mopping after cleaning will reduce the risk of smearing. Stubborn Stains A vinyl cleaner can be used for the removal of stubborn stains, please follow manufacturers instructions on the bottle/tin. Installation, care and maintenance All Artis Floors have an installation, care and maintenance guide, which should be read carefully before proceeding with installation work. The guide must be passed on by the installer to the end user, as it forms an integral part of the product guarantee. We reserve the right to change specifications at any time without notice.
