Here is what they had to say... We showed it for the first time at G2E, and we ve just begun shipping our first units. The response has been amazing. Our team in Atlanta designed the cabinet internally, and people are calling it the Light-Brite game, because it has 500 LED lights. The reception couldn't be better. One game in particular that we are excited about is Fu Nan Fu Nu, our newest Asian theme game on the Orion cabinet. We rolled out a small field trial with it, and the game has been off the charts. Everywhere we go, people are asking for more. John Hemberger: We ve just introduced Dai Bacc, which we re very excited about. The baccarat market in California has always blazed the path for the rest of North America to follow. We really feel like this is a game that's going to translate well for customers across the U.S. and Canada, and have had extraordinary feedback from customers. Pac-Man is of course the most popular video game of all time, and now it is available in slot format. The response has been tremendous. In addition to that, we continue to build our library significantly for the A600 and A640 cabinets. We have eight brand new games that have been designed and built out of our U.S. studio to complement an already strong library coming from our Australian studio. We are continuing to diversify our content by offering different types of games and player experiences. When you put it all together, we have a very compelling offering for our tribal friends and partners. Aristocrat is a company that has pioneered video gaming and VGT has been on the Class II stepper forefront. We've come together to make two products that pair the capabilities of these companies together in a really profound way. Ovation is a Class II video product Aristocrat and VGT's first real major entry into that category. The Relm stepper in the Class III world brings all of the great capabilities VGT has built over many years into Aristocrat s portfolio for tribal customers. Jay Sevigny: What's interesting in both of these new products the Relm stepper and Ovation is that each of these products represent efforts that had previously not been among the more successful for each side. Aristocrat had tried some steppers that didn't achieve what they had hoped. VGT had developed some videos that hadn't achieved what we had hoped. JS: We are entirely focused on the tribal gaming industry, and about 50% of Aristocrat business in North America is in the tribal segment.

VGT now has products that are able to reach outside of Oklahoma, and we are working closely with Aristocrat, who has spent years developing very positive relationships across the country. We are excited to be bringing our customers more complete portfolios of industry-leading games. MW: For years, our tribal customers have asked us to innovate in the Class II category. It's a very important part of our business going forward. We never had the confidence to invest the way we are now, until we brought VGT into the organization with their deep pedigree and understanding of how Class II games work. Michael Maley, Product Specialist Aruze aruzegaming.com We are pleased to be releasing our latest cabinet, the Cube-X Innovator Deluxe, in the next several months. It has a 23-inch LCD topper displaying the title of each theme bright and illustrious for all to see. The 42-inch LCD vertical game monitor is pumped up with the addition of a larger-than-life video wheel. Sitting below these additions are five physical reels brought to life with Aruze s famous Radiant Reels. The first two titles released on this cabinet are Burning Wheels Nitro Inferno and Burning Wheels After Burner. Both contain a four-level progressive that can either be linked, or remain as a stand-alone Michael Maley of Aruze unit. It's big, exciting, and attracts a lot of customers. We ve also recently launched two titles from our Cash Locomotive series Happy Dragon and Egyptian Majesty. On the electronic table games front, our own Shoot to Win Craps is still the best craps in the game right now. Shoot to Win Craps has been out for about five years, but we have backorders coming in all the time. It's been a very big hit. One such product is IGT s Cardless Connect. Cardless Connect, turns a smartphone into a loyalty card and enables players to transfer funds to and from their favorite EGMs by simply tapping their smartphones to a slot machine. We took many of our tribal customers through Cardless Connect product demonstrations at NIGA and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Another innovation that IGT is excited about is our PlaySpot mobile software solution. PlaySpot enables casino guests to enjoy sports betting, baccarat, roulette, casino games and more on their mobile devices while at the casino. The versatile technology has amassed multiple industry awards and recently gained Nevada regulatory approval for MGM s playmgm mobile sport betting app. From our games and hardware portfolio, Fort Knox Video Slots, The Voice Video Slots, Super Red Hot Jackpots, and IGT s large format cabinets, Megatower and S3000 XL are additional new innovative IGT solutions I look forward to seeing on our customers casino floors. Other areas of licensing, which I'm not at liberty to disclose geographically, are ongoing right now. These are our first baby steps. We are next planning for G2E Las Vegas, where attendees will see the same level of presence as we showcased last year, but backed up with additional licensing, product and new innovations. Then we move forward again to NIGA 2018, where we've already booked space at an increased level to what we had this year. We realize this will not be a quick process on any level, but we will do it in the tried and tested Merkur Gaming way, step by step and in a good order. The support that we've had from within the NIGA organization, and I would pay particular tribute to Chairman Stevens who has been hugely supportive, gives us encouragement that the steps we're taking are the right steps. As a company, we have done a lot of homework over the last couple of years to learn the market and design games based on a U.S. style of math. We are following this up with a number of titles designed in the U.S. and built to be more of an entertainment game. We are very excited about JackPow! Also coming out are Pharaoh's Run, Vegas Dreams and Treasures of Tut. We are pleased to have a number of new and exciting games launching. For the tables side of the business, we are pleased to offer Novo Unity II, a table system that offers virtual versions of the most popular electronic table games as well as slots in multiple configuration options. These games enhance the most successful electronic table game titles with remarkable visual player appeal. Novo Unity II features traditional table games such as roulette, baccarat, blackjack and sic bo, either virtually or with a live dealer. It may also be played as a slot machine so one type of player can enjoy blackjack, while an individual on the next terminal plays a slot game. Everyone can sit at any terminal and play any game. We have a whole host of games coming out on it and the consumer acceptance has been great. With regard to machines that have gone live on floors customers have been saying, wow, these are even higher performing than what we had anticipated, which is just fantastic. The launch games have been extremely popular with Dancing Drums, and arguably our most popular game in the world, 88 Fortunes. With regard to licensed product, we ve had tremendous luck with Willy Wonka over the years. Regardless of age or demographic, there is an attraction to Willy Wonka and it has proven to be a great dynamic for us. On the Gamefield xd cabinet, we are very excited about National Lampoons Vacation, which has been a great brand for a long time. We are also proud to feature the new Elvis game, which again, stands the test of time. We have a new Johnny Cash game, which is a premium product that has specifically been designed for high denomination rooms generally configured $1 to $5. With our Prizm Game Table, we are creating a community-based experience. It features a 65 4K screen with up to a hundred simultaneous touch points. Towards the end of the year we will be introducing a Monopoly game on the Prizm Game Table. This iconic brand will translate very well onto the flatscreen table concept. From our SG Interactive group, we have Mobile Concierge, which links to a players phone. We also do apps for casinos all over the world, which allows for everything from hotel reservations to social gaming. When the consumer isn't in the casino but wants to play their favorite machines they can do that in a social way via the app, which promotes the casinos own brand. We also have our traditional systems products, which allow for traditional slot accounting, bonusing and business intelligence. We re getting into big data now, working with customers to pull in data not just from the casino floor, but also from external sources to help them better capture and market to their customers. This can help operators better calculate the effectiveness of their marketing dollars. It's the first Class II video poker game in the industry, that's actually video poker. Players can throw away cards and it's still Class II because they're playing for a game-ending prize. The pay tables are the same as video poker, except it has progressives that are a minimum of ten times more than a video poker player's ever seen on a progressive. It s poker in a tablet, and in addition to core gamers, this will appeal to millennials who will love the interface and are used to playing on ipads.
