Registered authorized stockiest/dealer/suppliers for supply of Machinery Equipments/ Instruments to the Assam Medical College & Hospital, will be received by the undersigned upto 1:00 PM (I.S.T) of and the Tenders will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM in presence of the Tenderers or their authorized representative at the Office of the Principal, AMC&H,. The tender must be accompanied by Earnest Money amounting to Rs. 30, (Rupees Thirty Thousand) only in the Form of National Saving Certificate/Kishan Vikas Patra duly pledged to The Principal-cumof document as Chief Superintendent, Assam Medical College & Hospital,. The tender will be rejected if found incomplete or absence required as per detailed tender paper. The rate of each item should be shown against each item separately inclusive of cost of deliver to the site of the customer but exclusive of VAT in case of taxable items which should be shown separately in the bill. 2. The Govt. registration number should be clearly indicated in the tender. Tenderers are also required to show financial position supported by Bank or Postal deposit statement. 3. An upto date copy of VAT and Income Tax clearance should be furnished alongwith the quotation. Permanent Income Tax registration TAN/PAN numbers and VAT Registration TIN number should also be mentioned in the tender paper. 4. While quoting the prices of each item the Tenderers are advised to quote the rate of each item with full specification as sought for in the tender paper and keep in mind the prevailing market prices of different items. 5. Selected Tenderers will have to deposit security 2% of total estimated supplies of Machinery Equipment/ Instruments subject to minimum Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) only in the form of National Saving Certificate/Kishan Vikas Patra duly pledged to the Principal-Cum-Chief Superintendent, Assam Medical College & Hospital,. 6. After finalization of the contract for supply of Machinery Equipment/ Instruments the successful Tenderers will have to execute necessary contract deed of agreement and should be duly registered along with above security deposit.
