3 NTRODUCTION TO HD EXTENDER SETS Wyrestorm extender sets offer the perfect solution for high spec pointto-point HD distribution with full 3D support using a variety of distribution methods to suit any project and budget for excellent flexibility and control over virtually any distance. With full intercompatibility between all products across the entire Wyrestorm range, our extenders are the last word in versatility, allowing distribution to be tailored to the installation rather than limited by it. Our HDBaseT and HDBaseT Lite classification extenders enable full HD distribution including RS232 connectivity and wide-band, two-way IR control of devices over 100m/328ft and 70m/230ft respectively, with Ethernet passthrough available on full HDBaseT models. For installations where distribution over much greater distance is a prerequisite, our HD over Fibre solutions are capable of full video and HD audio transmissions on runs of up to 5km/3.1miles using single mode optical fibre. For more conventional HD distribution, our dual Cat5e/6 extenders also offer discrete bi-directional IR from source and display locations over distances of 50m/164ft or 200m/656ft for larger commercial applications. Alternatively, for older, retrofit installations utilizing existing cabling, the Wyresotrm Coax extender set offer 1080p HD with wide-band, two-way IR control over 60m through a single Coax cable.

4 EX-1COAX-IR-75 INFORMATION SHEET The Wyrestorm EX-1COAX-IR-75 is a single cable point to point extender set that uses copper-core 75Ohm Coax cable as a means of transmitting 1080p HD video@60hz and multi-channel audio on cable runs up to 60m (197ft), with wide-band, two way IR control from either source or display location.
