1 The measurements were performed on the 21st of September 2011 at 11:50 am during clear weather conditions. The EMF measurements were performed inside the plot area in direct proximity to the overhead power line. 2 The area has five different overhead power lines neighboring the plot area: The first overhead power line "Moni-Vasilikos" is of rated voltage of 132kV and rated maximum nominal power of 290 MVA. At the time when the measurements were performed, the load of the overhead power line was 50 MW and 10 MVar. The Resultant Load of all three phases for the "Moni-Vasilikos" was 17.58% utilization of the nominal load power. The second overhead power line "Moni-Tsimentopoiio" is of rated voltage of 66kV and rated maximum nominal power of 23 MVA. At the time when the measurements were performed, the load of the overhead power line was 0.34 MVA. The Resultant Load of all three phases for the "Moni- Tsimentopoiio" was 1.48% utilization of the nominal load power. The third overhead power line "Moni-Pyrgos" is of rated voltage of 66kV and rated maximum nominal power of 75 MVA. At the time when the measurements were performed, the load of the overhead power line was 12 MW and Σελίδα 2 / 6
3 2 MVar. The Resultant Load of all three phases for the "Moni-Pyrgos" was 16.22% utilization of the nominal load power. The forth overhead power line "GCC" is of rated voltage of 11kV and rated maximum nominal power of 6 MVA. At the time when the measurements were performed, the load of the overhead power line was 2.1 MVA. The Resultant Load of all three phases for the "GCC" was 35% utilization of the nominal load power. The fifth overhead power line "Kellaki" is of rated voltage of 11kV and rated maximum nominal power of 6 MVA. At the time when the measurements were performed, the load of the overhead power line was 1.52 MVA. The Resultant Load of all three phases for the "Kellaki" was 25.33% utilization of the nominal load power. Limiting exposure values have been provided by the ICNIRP recommendations and are guidelines to many countries and organisations. The exposure limits at 50 Hz are tabulated in the following table according to the limits given by ICNIRP. The highest magnetic field value was observed while performing the measurements in parallel with the overhead power lines (9m from the starting point at height 1m), with a value μt and a percentage of % as compared to the ICNIRP General Public standard.
