3 Frequency spectrum management in Slovakia Part of the Regulatory authority for electronic communications and postal services (RU) In line with Act of electronic communications RU (except other): Performs management of the frequency spectrum Prepare Plan for frequency utilization Assign frequencies and laying down the conditions for the use of frequencies Coordinate and check the use of frequency spectrum Cooperate on preparation of actual version of National table for frequency utilization
