The same lens type must have been ordered within the last 100 days. Product must be unopened, intact in resalable condition, free of writing, stickers or markings of any kind. - Lenses in packages with the end flaps removed, due to patient rebate redemption or any other reason are not eligible for return. Product must have a minimum of 1 year dating of the expiration date shown on the packaging. * CooperVision may destroy product not eligible for exchange. MADE-TO-ORDER LENSES: CooperVision offers some lenses that are made-to-order will ship within 10 days from the time of order. These lenses are Proclear toric XR, Proclear multifocal XR, Proclear multifocal toric, Frequency 55 Toric XR, Preference, Preference toric, Preference toric XR, Biofinity XR toric. Toric will ship within days from the time of order.
